VANTA opened in a former machine workshop in 2024. We kept the concrete, the steel, and the long counter. Everything else — the menu, the music, the pace of the night — we built from scratch.
There is no wall between the kitchen and the room. You sit at the counter, the kitchen sits across from you, and dinner happens between.
